Cameron started swimming for Forest Hills when she was 8. She then began swimming year-round for SwimUnited and currently swims for Brunswick High School. She's so excited to help the team make memories that will stick with them for a lifetime!

Zoey started swimming with Forest hills when she was 11. She now swims for Brunswick High School and SwimUnited. She is exited this year to be able to help others and give them the same great experience she had with Forest Hills.
Rylan Sheets

Rylan started her swimming career with Forest Hills about 4 years ago. Rylan swims on both the Brunswick High School swim team as well as the SwimUnited club team. She is excited to teach what she's learned at Forest Hills that made her want to keep swimming!
Tidal Waves Coaching Philosophy
The Tidal Waves is not a travel or club swim team and we don't want to be. Our local swim team is a fun, low commitment sport that experienced swimmers can enjoy while also providing the foundations for developing new swimmer's strokes. Forest Hills Tidal Waves coaching provides foundational instruction for your swimmers this summer so their strokes can dramatically improve with a heavy focus on fun. We can't teach kids how to swim if they aren't enjoying it!
Our coaching staff is made up of high school and college swimmers in the Brunswick area that are excited to teach your swimmers the skills they have learned over their swimming career. Each coach has a passion to help new swimmers develop a love for the sport, just like they have.
