Cuyahoga Valley Swim League

The Cuyahoga Valley Swim League is a greater Cleveland swim league composed of summer swim teams providing young swimmers with foundational swim instruction in a fun setting to engage with the sport of swimming. Teams in the CVSL are typically low commitment, foster friendly competition, and encourage fun, providing the ideal environment for a child's first swim team.

CVSL championship swim meet:

July 26th, 2025

The Cuyahoga Valley Swim League hosts an end of the season championship meet which all swimmers are encouraged to attend. The CVSL championship meet runs for roughly six hours at the Elmwood outdoor pool in Independence, Ohio.

Each team finds a place surrounding the pool and sets up tents, canopies, and chairs to watch their children swim their races. There is a concession stand, ample parking surrounding the facility, and free admission.

Swimmers receive medals if they place first, second, or third in their age group and ribbons for other places. Teams are awarded trophies based on their final place!
