Our swim team and meet management program gives coaches the features of popular team management programs while focusing on the unique meet structure of small, summer swim leagues. This summer swim team meet manager provides coaches and team managers with automated tools to save time and energy while preparing for a swim meet so you can focus on your athletes.
Most team and meet manager programs are either too expensive for small swim teams to realistically pay for or lack the convenience of justifying such a purchase. As a small summer team in the Cleveland area, we couldn't afford to pay for Active's MeetManager. Even if we could, most of the features would have been unusable because they would have required more work to work with our niche swim league's rules. To solve our problem, one of our coaches developed this program for summer swim teams--cutting down the time it takes to organize a meet from two hours to about twenty minutes!

Meet Manager
- Dual meet-style scoring sheet is automatically filled with swimmer's name in each event
- Automatically generate a printable heat sheet, swimmer lineups, and time cards all with a single click of a button

- Easily add swimmers to events by going age group by age group instead of alphabetical order
- Sync heat sheet and live results to a clouded document for easy access for parents and swimmers
Team Manager
- Send automatic, pre-formatted emails and text messages (subject to Twilio messaging fees) to each parent to sign their children up for a meet
- Aggregate swimmers' season best times to view or print for distribution at the end of the season
- Store and reference events swimmers swam in previous meets to help place in a wide variety of events each meet
- Easily allow parents to sign up for volunteer positions for meets, home and away
- Eliminate double and manual entry with two-way sign up form sync with team data; swimmers are automatically placed into a meet when a positive response is received through the form
Standard price: $115/season
The standard version of the summer swim team meet manager includes ten editors. Each editor must have their own, separate Google account to access the software. The price is for one team's use for an entire season and includes comprehensive support.
